Urbanization Rafol is one of the most popular developments of residential bungalows in Calpe with a perfect pool area with palms and quiet tidy streets. The properties are joined but only by the garage so they have more of a villa feel with private back and front terraces and parking. The urbanization is reached by taking the Casanova road at the Plaza Central shopping centre roundabout and following the road up, before taking a left turn before the second roundabout. It is located in a rural area among open vineyards.  enlarge

The Empedrola urbanization is towards the Benissa side of Calpe and features wide streets and properties on large 1.000m2 plus plots. Most of it has sea and mountain views with the Olta and Bernia ranges visible in the photo. The urbanization is reached by following the Casanova road until it arrives at the La Cometa Urbanization. Take a left turn here at the La Barbacoa sign and after 2 km you arrive at Empedrola.  enlarge

The La Cometa urbanizations come as Cometa I, Cometa II and Cometa III. In the photo you can see the properties on the Cometa I hill with their fine views over Calpe. The Olta mountain is in the background. enlarge

Cuxarret is situated on the lower part of Cometa and is south facing with good sea views. The photo shows two properties that we recently completed and delivered to their new owners.
