On your visit to Calpe we can show you a selection of plots that have paved access, water and electricity connections and the required planning approval to build. When you provide a sketch of the layout and style of the property that you want and which matches the plot, we can arrange a meeting with an architect and provide an estimate of the complete building cost including all the documentaion and taxes. Projects take from 9 to 12 months to complete from meeting the architect to receiving the deeds and keys.
