The Pension Gran Sol is a friendly,
family run hotel, situated on a gentle hillside in a quiet residential neighborhood around
3 km from the centre of Calpe. The Hotel enjoys superb views of the Mediterranean, and the imposing Peņon de Ifach, a symbol of the Costa Blanca.

not too large, resort in the heart of the Costa

types of holiday, and is within easy reach of many major attractions including the new
Terra Mitica theme park.
Originally a fishing village, Calpe is proud to retain its friendly
local character. It nestles on a gently rising hillside at 
one end of the broad sweep of a sandy bay
it overlooks the most outstanding landmark of this coast the towering Penon de Ifach
jutting out into the sea over 1000 ft.

Location: In Gran Sol urbanization, 3 km from Calpe centre.
From Alicante Airport
Follow the signs to the Motorway E15/A7 and take the Valencia, Calpe, Alicante, Altea direction (keep to the right
when approaching the Murcia entry to the Motorway).
Stay on the E15/A7 for around 60 Km, and take the Calpe/Altea exit. After passing through
the toll keep straight on and join the N332 signposted to Calpe (NOT the Altea turnoff).
After 7-8Km turn right into Calpe at the Calpe Sur turning. Straight across the first
roundabout (with fountain), continue past traffic lights (2 sets, second with footbridge
over). At the next roundabout take the left exit (past the Plaza Central) - OUR SIGNPOSTS
START HERE.
Keep straight on for about 2-3Km - OUR SIGNPOSTS ARE AT EACH ROUNDABOUT AND JUNCTION.
Finally turn right, then first left at our signs - we are on the left after 100m or so.
