Reinforced Concrete Structure:
Uprights and beams in reinforced concrete. Floors in reinforced concrete blocks and arcs. Between the ground and the first floor there is an appropriately ventilated air chamber.

Outer walls:
Outer walls in 11-cm brick partitions rendered on each side. Thermal insulation air chamber. Sloping roofs finished with
Moorish style roofing tiles and eaves in decorative solid brick. Flat roofs are all thermally insulated, with waterproof sheeting and floor tiles. Outer railings with vertical decorative iron bars.

Inner partition walls:
Inner partition walls: Inner partition walls will be made of Knauf plaster with interior sound proofing and mouldings around the edges.

Floor tiles:
Ceramic floor tiles throughout the building in rustic style stoneware. Floor skirtings in the same material. Terraces have nonslip floor tiles in a colour similar to the tiles indoors. Back patio tiled in earthenware. The inside staircase has steps in the same material as the floors, with wood nosings.

Wall tiles:
Walls tiled in large-sized matt wall tiles decorated with friezes or listels. Kitchen units: Top and bottom cupboards and cupboard doors lacquered in white. Fittings have drawers, intermediate shelves inside and suitable spaces for dishwasher installation. Worktop in granite, with a two-bowl kitchen sink. Electric vitroceramic hob and electric oven. Stainless steel smoke extractor hood installed.

Indoor joinery work:
Inside doors lacquered in white, with mouldings and covered frames. Wardrobe fronts in the same material as the inside doors, finished in white melamine with drawers and hanging rod. Security front door with three-point security lock and mastered keys. Staircase balustrade in decorative iron rods and wooden banister.

Outdoor joinery work:
White lacquered aluminium with (Climalit-type) double-glazing to form an insulating air chamber. The living/dining room and bedroom windows are fitted with adjustable shutters.

Sanitaryware:
“Roca”-brand vitrified porcelain sanitaryware with Grohe mixer taps.

Paintwork: Plastic paint on rustic cement rendering outside. Smooth soft-colour plastic paint over plasterwork inside. Plaster mouldings in all rooms. Plaster lowered ceiling throughout the building readyfitted for halogen downlighters. All hardware comes prepared with two-coat anti-corrosion paint.

Electrical installation: Conforming to current standards with a highpower electrical supply (8000W). “Ibiza” model or similar light fittings and all power outlets are fully earthed. Light and power points fitted in accordance with project design.

- Radiator heating, with centralised gas boiler.
- Hot water with mixed hot water heater.
- Telephone and TV connections in living room, dining room and in all bedrooms.
