Bank repossession have non-negotiable prices but are sold at 10% - 25% below the original bank valuation price. THE PROPERTY IS SECURED WHEN A 10% DEPOSIT IS PAID TO THE RESPECTIVE BANK WITH A NOTARY COMPLETION WITHIN 30 DAYS. Special financing is available for these properties of 100% for foreigners resident in Spain, 90% for EEC and OECD residents and 80% for non EEC nationals. The current offered variable rate is Euribor + 0,9%.
