INFORMATION ABOUT THE MIRO ESTATE AGENCY, CALPE, COSTA BLANCA
Inmocostablanca.com went online in August 1998 to provide an easy way for British residents to view Costa Blanca villas, apartments and properties for sale on the Costa Blanca prior to arriving in Spain.
The small but busy Mirķ office situated in Calpe's main street followed a year later, and the two sides of the company are being continually upgraded while maintaining a professional and friendly service.
Who we are:
Mark Baraniecki BSc (Econ) A.P.I. Agent Nē 835: Owner and manager of Mirķ Inmocostablanca, he is a 20 year Costa Blanca resident and prepares and checks the documentation for each sale.
Nicolette Ottolini: Dutch, British and German client and owner contact. Nicolette is a Dutch national who arranges visits, answers e-mails and provides computer support.
Tatyana Danilenko: Russian client contact. Tanya is a Calpe resident and arranges visits, documentation and N.I.E. numbers for our Russian clients.
Sari Pons Pons: Secretary, Visit co-ordinator and Computer Support. Sari is your first contact when you visit us. She speaks Spanish and English and has an excellent knowledge of the Calpe area.
